Mrs. Oluchi Okafor has a B.Sc. in Mass Communications from the prestigious Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria. She later obtained a Masters in Business Administration (Supply Chain) from the Malaysia University of Science and Technology.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
She has worked in print, electronic and digital media as well as in the FMCG and Telecommunication sectors in different roles and capacities ranging from Sales, Customer service, Branding, and Corporate Communication. She began her career in Guinness Nigeria PLC and culminated her decade-long corporate career at Airtel Networks Nigeria, recording multiple promotions and accolades during her time there.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Oluchi was recently appointed Managing Director of Multimix Academy, Nigeria’s foremost Supply chain and Logistics training institute. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Manager since January 2019 and has contributed invaluably to the growth of the organisation ever since. She has led the journey and grown the company to becoming an ISO certified, tech-enabled training organisation and has also facilitated improved service delivery for clients and prospects alike. She is a Cherie Blair Foundation Mentee, and the only female Executive Council member of the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
She is a customer experience trainer and has trained over 100 SMEs on process improvement and customer service strategies.
