The Women in Leadership and Career Empowerment Programme(WILCEP) Africa is a mentorship and capacity building platform for students, career making women, small business owners, etc. This provides the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship between the mentees and mentors who are the Hall of Famers and the Amazons.
WILCEP Africa has a membership network for youths and Micro and Small business owners. The benefits includes: Entrepreneurial training; soft loan for micro and small start-ups; money management culture; opportunities to attend seminars and conferences; quarterly master classes and grant opportunities.
A select group of women of substance, leaders and role models who have distinguished themselves exceptionally in their chosen career paths in different sectors of the economy, especially from the maritime, aviation, finance, technology, oil, gas, as well as political sectors, amongst others.
