Mrs. Ifeoma Jennifer Iloakanma is one of the few women with an unusual courage and confidence, especially in terms of managing responsibilities. Her resourcefulness and dedication to duty earned her a place as the Assistant General Manager, Kings Communications Limited and the Executive Secretary of MMS WOFHOF Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO).

A graduate of Banking and Finance, she has 25 years experience in office administration and management. Goal-driven and a stickler for rules, her dynamism in human resources and material management has earned her a sobriquet, Margaret Thatcher, at different places that she has worked.

She has demonstrated integrity, ability to communicate and even market corporate ideas and policies since joining Kings Communications Group ten years ago.  Mrs. Iloh as simply called has since become one of the tripods in Kings Communications Group because of her commitment and contributions to the growth of the outfit.

She is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, where she earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance. Upon graduation, Ifeoma worked in the law firm of Chief Law Agu Ezetah & Co in administrative capacity to the Chief Executive Officer for four years. She later joined Wisdom Property Limited as the Administrative Officer.  Having seen her proactive steps in delivering quality outcomes in challenging circumstances, she was moved from her position as the Administrative Officer to head the Accounts Department. Her successful business development initiatives inspite of her position as the Head of Accounts yielded her promotion as the Business Development Manager (BDM).

In her quest for improvement to impact lives more meaningfully and improve the bottom line of her office, Ifeoma earned a Certificate in Advanced Programme on Corporate Sustainability from the University of Ibadan.

She is one of the MMS Micro Credit project initiators. The project was designed to help bridge the gap of the financial needs of small and micro women business owners. Today, the project in collaboration with Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN), MMS Hall of Fame mentors, Lagos State Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, and other NGOs has increased the managerial and financial capacity of over 300 women.

Happily married with three children, she is an ordained Mother in the Anglican Church communion, where she discharges humanitarian calling and developing other women.
