Dr. Mrs. Chika Hope Ezeh is a management and development expert. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Religion/Psychology from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka, a Post-graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Management from Ronik Institute in Lagos, a Master of philosophy (Mphil) in Developent Economics from European University Viadrina, FrankFurt Order, Germany. And a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Management also from German. She has undertaken a number of certified and un-certified courses in business management, project management, corporate governance, career/vocational development and other human services. Dr. Ezeh working life has mostly revolved around the private sector where has distinguished herself in corporate governance. She has helped to steer some other companies to success. This has placed her at a great advantage to serve Aulic Nigeria Limited very well in her capacity as the company’s Deputy Group Managing Director. She has founded some companies which include Maximum Career Success International – a career, human development and training center; and Golden Hope Luxury Shops

Dr. Ezeh started her post graduate career in 1993 when she served the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex Management Board as a Commercial Officer. There, she served in Sales Administration, Commercial Development and Clientele Advisory Services. In 1995, she moved to Aulic Nigeria Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria as a Business Development Manager. She handled Product Development, Product Promotion, Project Planning, Development and Management at different times. She was distinguished for developing and introducing new Businesses as well as managing Business Co-operations. Thereafter, she moved to Millennium Exhibitions Ltd., Lagos, Nigeria as the Manager of International Operations. Ever dynamic she later moved to Red Arrows Industrial & Allied Services Ltd, Lagos Nigeria as the Head, Information, Research & Development. After Dr. (Mrs.) Ezeh completed her doctorate overseas, she re-joined Aulic Nigeria Limited as the Executive Director, International operations before ascending to the position of the company’s Deputy Managing Director.

Dr. Ezeh belongs to several social and professional organizations where she also served in different capacities. She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). She is the Global Ambassador/Vice President of the African Rural Women and Youth Development Initiative.
