Dr Lucy Newman became the Managing Director and Chief Executive Office of Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC) In may 2009 after years of accomplishment with the elite price water house cooper (PwC)Nigeria where she serve as Business Advisory and performance Improvement executive. Know for her exemplary skills in diverse areas of business and association human capacity development, between 2012/2014 Newman was elected International Director on the Global Board of the International Society for Performance Improvement, (ISPI) and Chairman of the FSS 2020Human Capital Development Implementation Committee from 2009-2012 and has been on the Executive Council of the West African Bankers’ Association (WEBA from May 2009 to date).

A Certified performance Technologist of the International Society for performance Improvement, USA; Professional Member of the Development Executive Group of Washington DC, authorized IFC/FITC Trainer under the IFC-Corporate Governance Programme. Lucy is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Directors (IOD) and National Corporate Directors (NACD), USA. Adding value to humanity is a passion that drives Lucy’s life, it is therefore not a surprise that she is a high flying consultant and researcher for institution across the globe.
